Packing Detail Sheet - CST Super Economy Cattle Crush

Before attempting to assemble the crush, check that the consignment contains the following items :

1 only Front Hoop and bail head.

1 only Rear Hoop and gate.

2 only Crush side gates.

2 only Connecting braces.

2 only Serrated adjusters.

1 only Bag of bolts and nuts.

Assembly Instructions.
  1. Bolt the front hoop and bail head to one of the crush side gates and stand up.
  2. Bolt the rear hoop and gate to the other crush side gate and stand up.
  3. Bring the two sections up to each other and then connect the pipe braces and fittings to each end.
  4. Check the unit is square and tighten all bolts and nuts.
  5. Dig footings and pour concrete into place and fix down with bolts.
