EBB0001 Small Bar Bender

1. Remove machine from box and inspect for transit damage.
2. Select suitable location to mount machine.
3. Fasten to a bench using 4 holes in base plate. It should be mounted 940 mm from ground level. Generally this is a good working height. Set up for right hand operation.
4. Mark selected material at the position where you require the bend to be made - This will be the inside measurement.
5. Place material to be bent into jaws with the marked position aligned with the fixed jaw.
6. Tighten jaws firmly. Do not Overtighten.
7. Bend to required angle and mark for later reference.
8. Remove and check for accuracy.
9. Repeat for additional bends as required.
