Operating Instructions For STEER Pipe Crimper

  1. Remove machine from box and inspect for transit damage.
  2. Select suitable location to mount machine.
  3. Fasten to bench using 4 holes provided in base plate. It should be mounted 27" from ground level. This is generally a good working height.
  4. Using the adjustment screw on the front of the machine set to required thickness to suit pipe being flattened.
  5. Crimper is ready for use.
  6. Use lever handle to squash as required.
