ORTABLE RAMP
carries all PANELS, GATES, etc . Fabricated from a selection of
materials depending on model required with FIVE RAIL
construction, galvanised for long life. Gates are built in frames for free
movement and can be supplied with chain or sliding fasteners. Each panel has two
twin holed heavy duty connector brackets at each end and are pinned together for
maximum strength. They are designed to work on on even ground where required.
RAMP can be supplied with a choice of wheels to suit your car or 4WD.
Steer Ramps can also be ordered at extra cost to comply with the strict
Australian Design Rules and be registered for on road use. Ramp has a gate
fitted at the bottom end for security depending on the version ordered.
ALL GATES ARE BUILT IN FRAMES so that no sagging or dragging can occur. They swing freely and are supplied with chain catches or sliding bolts.
These yards are ideal where properties are
held in distant locations. Also when leasing properties where no facilities
exist. Useful in wet weather when ground is too soft or heavy for transport.
Time saver on large properties when a complete muster is not required. Take the
yards to where the cattle are required for calving problems or trucking out.
Common usage indicates the popular pack sizes are 15-20, 30-40, 50-100 to 400
head.
Other yard designs are only limited to your imagination and components on hand. Using an existing fence line can increase capacity at NO COST.

 Length of race from forcing yard is 96 feet. Straight section
of race is 39 feet. Holding capacity allowing 15 square feet per
animal is 360 head. Suggested working capacity 250. Many
different shapes can be formed. By taking fence panels out of
small draft yard and putting in main 71' fence, capacity could be
increased to 440 head. This yard requires no outside support or
additional strength. |
